Visit Downtown Tulsa this season for the 2nd Annual Arvest Winterfest celebration! Experience the thrill of outdoor ice skating beneath the sparkling skyline, enjoy delicious holiday concessions and live entertainment on the outdoor stage, or take a magical carriage ride with your family through the streets of the city.
Visit our new expanded location and larger ice rink this year on Third Street, between Denver and Frisco Avenues outside the BOK Center. There's plenty of holiday cheer for the entire family. The month-long community celebration runs from the day after Thanksgiving through January 4, 2010.


Visit our expanded 60' x 150' rink this season on Third Street. Bring your own skates or rent them at the festival. The rink is open to the public daily from November 27-January 4, including Christmas Day! Click here to view the calendar for hours of operation. The skate rental kiosk accepts cash, VISA, and Mastercard. No checks will be accepted.

Individual Rates:
$8.00 per person (skate rental included)
$5.00 per person (with your own skates)
$5.00 for children under the age of three
Group Rates:
Discounted group rates are available by pre-purchase only. Prices are: $7.00 each (groups of 10-30), $6.00 each (groups of 31-50), and $5.00 each (groups of 51+). Please call (918) 894-4242 with your Visa or Mastercard ready. Please allow 48 hours for processing your order. Pre-paid skating vouchers may be used at the ice rink during any hours of operation. ONEOK is the proud sponsor of the live outdoor entertainment at this year's Winterfest. The 24' stage on the plaza will host live music every week for the duration of the festival. A variety of musical talent is scheduled, including school choirs, marching bands, church groups, and brass ensembles. All entertainment is free and open to the public.
